Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. A Grade II listed Tithe Barn from the 1700s, converted into a 2 bedroom cottage with facilities for a comfortable stay for 3 persons. The cottage is set in 8 acres of the property which is close to the shores of Lake Bala and within the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales. Located on the edge of the village of Llanuwchllyn, at the end of a private drive, Afonfa is the perfect cottage for families and groups. The semi-detached cottage has three bedrooms and can sleep a total of six people. The ground floor of this fully refurbished cottage has a large kitchen diner, with comfortable lounge area with two sofas and flat screen TV. The separate utility room has a washing machine, dryer and toilet. The first floor family bathroom has a separate shower and bath.

Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west. The Tower, built circa 1607, was originally used as a banqueting house for entertaining dinner guests. Whilst the main house was destroyed by a fire, The Summer House is available for cosy stays throughout the year.
