Rorbuen ligger Idyllisk til på Gjermesøy, utenfor Ballstad, som er et aktivt fiskevær dagen i dag. Ferdigbygd i 2018, moderne, høy standard og god plass. I nærheten finnes det mange flotte turområder. Mulighet for sykkelturer, utflukter med lokal fiskebåt, SUP, Kajakkturer, Restauranter, Pub mm. Stedet ligger midt i Lofoten med 1 times bilkjøring til Å i vest og Svolvær i øst. Handelssted Leknes og Leknes flyplass er ca. 15 min. unna. Rorbu har fantastisk utsikt mot Lofotveggen, Mosken og Værøy

Hytta har også eget spabad som kan brukes av våre gjester. Perfekt base for en utforskende ferie i Vesterålen/Lofoten, eller bare for å være for seg selv og slappe av. And a big fireplace. 3 bedrooms + 5 sleeping places on floor/beds on the attic (most suitable for kids due to limited head space) There is 2 bathrooms. One of them is connected to the master bedroom. Close to nature, fantastic view of the ocean and the midnight sun. A short drive from the path to Kvalvika/Ryten, Leknes airport and the ferry at Moskenes

Moderne rorbu, ny 2018, til leie på Ballstad. Utsikt til store deler av den kjente Lofotveggen. Fjellene med turstier rett utenfor døren. Den populære Hauklandstranda ligger ca 15 minutter fra rorbua. Leknes by, flyplass og hurtigruten i kort avstand til rorbua. Ønsker du å prøve lykken i den fiskerike Vestfjorden, er leie av båt mulig. I månedene jan-april pågår det kjente Lofotfisket, og du kan oppleve dette fisket på Ballstad, som er et av Lofotens største og livskraftige fiskevær.

Welcome to a sanctuary by the sea in the middle of the Lofoten islands. The newly built cabin is placed nicely by the sea with beautiful views. Sleeps 6 people, includes a dining room, living room, sauna, and fully stocked kitchen, floor heating, great wifi and free electric car charger! Towels and sheets are included. It is situated a 10 minute drive from Leknes and the airport. This cabin is in the middle of a peaceful and quiet and private area with own parking and hiking close by.

My place is near the sea, family-friendly activities, nightlife, nature and the airport. You will love my place because of the view, the location and the atmosphere. One can enjoy the silence. My place is good for couples, traveling alone, business travelers and families (with children). We generally close the cabin in the winter, but if you would like to visit Lofoten in the winter, please send us a request and we can discuss.
