Situated in the grounds of the owner’s working farm, who are on hand to offer advice on the local area, the cottages are in an excellent central location on the Tipperary/Offaly border, almost equidistant from the picturesque town of Birr, 7½km, and one of the oldest towns in Ireland, Roscrea, 6km, and a 2km drive from Gloster house and wedding venue.

Roam freely through our 120 acres of gardens, farmland and woodlands, or enjoy a guided tour of our grounds and learn of present day efforts to transform our land into a nature reserve.

The Coach House

A newly renovated coach house in the heart of Portumna Town, close to Lough Derg, the River Shannon and the Forest Park. The accommodation comprises of a kitchen/dining, bedroom/ lounge and bathroom with an outside patio area including BBQ. Access is pedestrian through the front archway leading from the street. With added comfort of underfloor heating, and triple glaze windows, meaning cosy all year round. There is space for fishing gear and a fridge for storage of fishing bate and gear.

Located 5 minutes from heritage town Abbeyleix in co. Laois is Villa Jokubas a log cabin village set on a hill overlooking surrounding countryside. All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Be treated with all modern luxuries inside and outside, enjoy expansive yard, covered patio areas with private modern hot tubs, "Kamado" BBQ grills, fully stocked bar with taps of our home brewed IPA beer. Nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of East Clare, retreat from the busyness of life to a unique experience in nature. It’s a really beautiful space with trees and a small forest. This semi off grid yurt is designed to provide you with comfort. The yurt is attached to a private kitchenette and a small bathroom with hot shower and a toilet. Inside the yurt, you will sleep in comfortable double bed with a warm duvet and a cozy stove. (Please note, this is not a party venue)
