Still, our home sits inside Flagstaff, with all its amenities: cafes, roasteries, beer gardens, and breweries. Safe neighborhood, quiet evenings and weekends, a very relaxing place to be so close to downtown! No TV but has lots of reading material to learn about the area. No A/C. I have 2 other separate places next to Cozy House.
