Enjoy the day exploring the shores and endless ocean views on land or in one of the kayaks or canoes provided. Spend the evenings with your favorite drink (and people) around the bonfire. Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. There are many walking trails on the property for you to explore nature! The contemporary and rustic features of the cottage highlight country living in Herring Cove Village, just 15 minutes to the city of Halifax. Stay put and relax in the hot tub or Herring Cove has hiking, sight seeing, ocean views, and local places to eat.

Welcome to privately located waterfront camper, only 20 minutes drive from Halifax. Great place to hide away and relax or enjoy water activities on tidal river with ocean access. Bring your kayak or use ours. To preserve the natural habitat of local wildlife, landscape is minimal. Shoreline is accessible but rocky, walk with caution. Camper is well stocked, however, if anything is needed the host is nearby to help. WiFi and Roku is available. No cable TV
