NEW IN '25: EV charger! The space is 2 bdrms, total of 2 beds. 2 full baths & living area of my upstairs. I live on the main floor. There is a divider in the front entry to keep the spaces separate. There is a separate entrance for guests. My home is across the valley from the Highlands and 1/2 mile North of Nubs Nob entrance. 10-15 min. to Harbor Springs/Petoskey. Winter guests: the hill up to the house is very steep. 4 W/all wheel drive is needed. Hot tubs and pools are part of my assoc.

My condominium is fully furnished. This condo has a Queen bed in the master with an attached bathroom. The second suite has a queen with a connecting bathroom to the third suite which has a King bed. You must climb 17 steps to enter the main level of the condo. This is where everything is located other than the garage.
