A perfect base to explore all the delights the English Riviera has to offer. There's a bus stop nearby which run regular services to Torquay, Teignmouth and beyond. Hillside is a one bedroom detached annexe, designed specifically for guests comfort in mind. Off road private parking is directly outside.

A traditional exterior leads to a bright open plan living/ kitchen/dining area, with a spacious double bedroom, en suite bathroom and peaceful terrace for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening sun. Ideally suited to guests with dogs, bikes and hiking boots, with charming coves and beaches to explore along the SW Coastal Path under a mile away.

Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Light bright airy accommodation on the foreshore of the River Teign, in the village of Combeinteignhead. Fantastic views, peaceful location. Wood fired hot tub (Additional charge applies). Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. Coombe Cellars bar and restaurant is 250m along the foreshore. Templer way footpath passes the front of the property. (Haytor to Teignmouth)

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches
