BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

This circa 1900 ocean cottage is available for rent during spring, summer, and fall in the lovely village of Sebasco, Maine. Sebasco is known as a small fishing and resort village within the town of Phippsburg, a peninsula extending south from the city of Bath to Small Point, Popham Beach, Fort Popham, and other historic landmarks. You'll have excellent views from the cottage and a comfortable home base for your adventures.

Perched over the New Meadows river this western facing, private, one bedroom cabin includes full kitchen, outdoor BBQ & dining area, gas fireplace, full bathroom, & deep water dock access. Watch the Osprey, Bald Eagles, lobsterman hauling traps, and the many sloops and yawls that traverse the saltwater river. Outdoor stairs (75 or 5 flights of stairs in photos) are required to access cabin.
