Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Unikt båthus från tidigt 1900-tal med 10 meter till egen strand och brygga. Huset har dusch, toalett, enkelt pentry, braskamin och vedeldad bastu, En oas som för dig som uppskattar livskvalitet och inte vill bo i centrum. Sovloftet har två madrasser direkt på golvet och nås via en stege. Taket är lågt, så här gäller det att omfamna sin inre katt och krypa smidigt in mot madrasserna 😊 Mysigt, charmigt och inget för den som vill stå raklång i sängen😉 Lakan, handdukar ingår.

Cosy cottage, 150m to private jetty. Option to hire the floating sauna with roof terrace and lounge area for an additional fee. Short trips on the lake can also be arranged (weather dependent). Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.
