Gästhuset är omgivet av en härlig trädgård där man kan njuta av fågelsång till sitt morgon kaffe. Här finns tillgång till WiFi, tvättstuga och närhet till det mesta man kan behöva. Inom promenadavtsånd finns Möllans marknadsplats för frukt och grönsaker, ett flertal matbutiker samt restauranger, parker, lekplatser samt buss och tåg. Välkommen att semestra i Skåne! Lund ligger bra till med närhet till många besöksmål; museer, parker, naturreservat, restauranger, stränder (den närmaste ca 10 km) och mycket mer. I en tillbyggnad (byggår 2015) i min villa i centrala Lund hyr jag ut en ljus och vacker 2:a i markplan med separat entre och altandörr mot en ljuvlig trädgård. Bv: kök, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa 130cm samt badrum. Loft: sovrum, 2 bäddar. 6 min gångväg t. sjukhuset, ca 12 min t. Lund C. Parkeringsplats finns.

Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.

Come experience beautiful Lomma by staying in our charming guest house right by the beach. Calm and stressless surroundings. Take a morning or an evening walk along the beautiful beach of Lomma. Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
