The recently completed "Timber Trail", with over 100km of differing distanced trails, that offers the more energetic traveller amazing bike rides through bush, native forest, and over department of conservation land where wildlife and native bush areas are preserved. There is trout fishing, game hunting, or perhaps a game of golf. Forgotten World Adventures, the towns newest tourist attraction, will take you on a picturesque journey over farm land and country side, unable to be visited by car, travelling along disused railway lines in a modified golf cart! This 100 years old Manor was lovingly refurbished in 2013. There is a spacious kitchen and lounge with a homely feel, The kitchen and lounge are communal . We have tried to provide a homely environment which you can enjoy while on business or on holiday. Many of the restaurants and cafes are only a short 5 minute walk away. When in season, enjoy a piece of fruit from one of the fruit trees in Cherie's edible garden. We provide a fully smoke free environment and offer free WIFI.
