Our Shuksan Suite is freshly remodeled and upgraded to provide you with a relaxing place to unwind after a long day of carving turns at Mt Baker, rafting the river, snowmobiling the woods or hiking the trails. Featuring an Alexander Signature Series queen bed and Easy Breather Pillows from Nest Bedding, full kitchenette and dining area, and a full shower/bathtub, you can stay in and relax. We are also a short walk to local dining and nightlife. Enjoy playing billiards, ping pong, and foosball in the Shuksan Den, or just relax by the fireplace on one of the many cozy couches reading your favorite book. Free shared Wi-Fi is available, but internet in Glacier is not high speed and is not guaranteed. Remote work, wifi calling or other streaming services may not be possible. Private Modern Treehouse on Highland Farm

Designed as a nod to my heritage, Skoghus ('forest house' in Norwegian) was crafted for relaxation, and reconnecting with nature. The treehouse sits in the centre of a Scottish Highland cattle farm, with pasture and forest in all directions. From the yard, you'll be able to observe and engage with the farm's cattle when they come by. Inside, you can disconnect and unwind, with luxury amenities. The dwelling is completely unique and provides a very special feeling while living in the trees.

Country Guesthouse

A quiet, tidy little craftsman home 20 miles from the Mt. Baker National Forest and 40 miles from the Mt. Baker Ski Area. The Middle Fork of the Nooksack and it's wildlife is a short walk to the north. We have a strict cancellation policy but we are really pretty accommodating. If you cancel within 30 days of your stay we will bank those lost funds for future use at any available time in the future. A final note: we require that you be vaccinated and boosted. You'll be staying in our brand new tiny house with views of the eagle sanctuary and within walking distance to the North Fork Eagle preserve, including trails to the Nooksack River. We are 37 miles to the ski area and 20 miles to downtown Bellingham. Perfect for skiing, bald eagle viewing, hiking, biking, dining, and of course, relaxing. Enjoy your stay!

We built this tiny house after a trip to Japan where we fell in love with the concept of “shinrin-yoku” (forest bathing or taking in the forest atmosphere). Even though this property is located within a small, private neighborhood, the forest and a rushing creek can be enjoyed from every area. Try your hand at tiny home living in the 196 square foot space. Or cheat a little and sit outside on the cute little porch or creekside deck.
