Sunny Inverness Cottage

Private and peaceful guest cottage in the Seahaven neighborhood of Inverness. It is 15 minutes from ocean beaches, bay swimming and the restaurants and shops of Point Reyes Station. This comfortable and clean one bedroom, one bath cottage is located down a long driveway that is shared by the main house and is surrounded by forest. Walls of windows in the bedroom and living room let in light and forest views, but the orientation of the house allows for privacy. The living room has a wood burning stove, small kitchen (oven, stove, small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster), small TV with cable and DVD, wireless internet, a deck with table and radiant floor heating. The bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom has a full bathtub with shower and the toilet is in an adjoining room. Towels and linens are provided. Two sides of the property border the state park, and the cottage is only minutes from beaches on Tomales Bay. Maximum occupancy is 2. No pets. No Smoking. 1 night minimum. Please give us at least two days notice for bookings.

This bright, remodeled studio has vaulted ceilings, a skylight, air conditioning, and laminate flooring. Full kitchen with gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, refrigerator and all the kitchen essentials. Bathroom has tile flooring and a tile shower, but no bathtub. It's a large private studio with a little nook area for the comfy queen bed. Large desk for working! The large, fully fenced, sunny patio is yours to enjoy.
