Tiny House Guest Cottage one mile off 213 near Marquam. Remote, yet accessible. 10 minutes from Mt. Angel and Molalla. 15 minutes from Silverton. 18 minutes from Oregon Garden. Loft with King size bed and luxurious sheets. Two sofas downstairs can be converted into beds. Not suitable for children. Situated on a beautiful property with chirping birds and nature all around. It's ideal for a weekend getaway or longer stays if desired. The guesthouse is private with everything you need including a new comfortable Queen mattress and pillows, a functioning mini-kitchen, and sliding glass doors that look out onto the pool and west lawn. McMinnville Farm with a view, close to town!

The brick home sits in the middle of about a 100 acre farm, of which 90 acres are hazelnuts. It sits on a hill, bordered by the North Yamhill River on one side and Hwy 47 on another side, with Poverty Bend Rd on the 3rd side. On the 4th side are grass seed fields belonging to another farmer. We will generally be available, but not intrusive. You might see John and Judy weeding the flower beds or picking apples or figs!! We can also take you wine tasting if you like!!

Relax and take in the fresh air without the hassle of having to pack up all your camping equipment. The spacious yurt can accommodate up to 4 people with a queen size bed and a 2 person pull out cot.
