It overlooks apple orchards and snow peaks, and offers modern comforts along with space for rest, reflection, or remote work. Beautiful hiking trails nearby lead to majestic Himalayan views. We have a warm and dependable caretaker-cum-cook and a helpful assistant, both are like family to us and make sure every guest feels at home.

Our homestay is located just 6 kilometers from Mussoorie Landour, around a 10-15 minute drive. We live in a small, quiet village called Kaplani, surrounded by beautiful hills and greenery. It's a peaceful place away from the busy streets and noise of Mussoorie perfect for anyone looking to relax and connect with nature You can go for short nature walks, experience the local village life nearby. If you're looking for comfort, calm, and a homely atmosphere, this is the perfect place for you.

Raithal is a small, fairy-like village located in the Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand. The cottage is located at 2250msl and has absolutely stunning views of the Himalayas range. The food eaten here is locally grown. Raithal is known for Dayara Bugyal, located at 3408m. It is an 8.5 km scenic trek all the way to the top.
