Other activities in the area include; Walking, Cycling, Sailing, beautiful Norfolk beaches and seal colonies, wildlife park and the many attractions in the historic city of Norwich.

Situated at the edge of the Broads National Park, this recently renovated annexe is based in the peaceful village of Ormesby St Margaret, just 5 min drive (30 min walk) from the stunning sandy beach at California. We have a village pub, Indian restaurant, fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway and a Spar shop, all under 5 min walk away. You can explore the beautiful Norfolk countryside and its many attractions (sandy beaches, sailing on the Broads, birdwatching, fishing, etc) by car and on foot.

Bishops Barn

Built in the 1800s as a stable and tractor shed, the barn has been sympathetically redesigned with modern living and comfort in mind whilst retaining many original features. The barn has an open plan living area with a log burner for cosy nights inside whilst the sun drenched patios offer the ideal spot for alfresco dining or watching the sun set. Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

New for 2023, Passing Moon is set in the picturesque village of Filby, and offers stylish and spacious accommodation sleeping up to 7 people across four bedrooms. Filby holds the national awards for "Filby in Bloom" and is set onto the Norfolk Broads National Park, with countryside nature walks right on the doorstep and stunning beaches just a few minutes drive away, this really is a perfect place all year round to get away and relax in the outside hottub.

This room features double bed with a contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfy sofa and TV with SKY TV and a fully fitted kitchen: oven, hob, fridge and a seating area for diners with lovely views from French doors. The sofa bed provides sleeping for 2 little ones Enjoy our traditional breakfast using local ingredients served with fresh fruits and cereals. Wifi is not available in this room, but can be picked up around the Farm.
