The seasonly heated pool w/ auto cover is open mid-April to late October. The hot tub is open all year. In-ground trampoline, play structure, fire pit, garden, and chicken coop! The upstairs apartment in our home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to all the amenities, the treasure valley has to offer. Enjoy the spectacular views of the 10 acre park and sunsets from your private balcony. This private apartment, is accessed via its own exterior spiral staircase. The apartment includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a bathroom and a large family room with partial kitchen. You must climb the spiral stairs to access this space.

The garage is not part of the rental and may need to be accessed by the owner from time to time. No large groups night or day. Max 8 people and 3 cars.
