Welcome to Caleb Cottage—a beautifully renovated, 500-year-old home in the heart of Lower Solva, just a minute’s walk from the picturesque harbour. With four bedrooms, it comfortably sleeps eight guests—and we welcome one well-behaved dog. We’re confident you’ll fall in love with Solva and the stunning surrounding coastline, just as we have. As local hosts, we manage the cottage ourselves and take pride in adding thoughtful touches to ensure your stay is as comfortable and memorable as possible.

Quiet bwthyn, near coast, St Davids

Quirky, fun space in a tiny, traditional Welsh barn, with thick stone walls and a dinky Welsh woodstove (logs provided). Perfect for sea swimmers, walkers, seal spotters, bird watchers and beach goers. Cycles and surf boards to borrow, at your risk. Walk a mile to the coast path for spectacular sea views, cycle/drive 10 minutes to St Davids or Whitesandsbeach, 15 to the Blue Lagoon. We supply bread, butter, eggs, milk, coffee, tea and sugar for your first breakfast. Sadly we cannot host dogs.

Little School House near St Davids and Coast

Historic stone building with large gothic style windows. The school opened in 1877 and closed in 1982. Ysgol fach is the former infants classroom attached to the main school . Decorated with Annie Sloan paint & lime wash with original flooring in the kitchen and lounge area. PLEASE NOTE; Carnhedryn is a small Hamlet situated on the MAIN St Davids to Fishguard A487 Road. We are situated off the MAIN road and at times there will be traffic noise from vehicles and farm machinery.
