We've seen memes & complaints regarding some Airbnb listings' cleaning fees & ridiculous checkout requirements! That's not us. To make the process more transparent, we don't have a cleaning fee. Some areas are still under construction like the Koi pond that will be constructed in the near future. The area is fenced and well lit at night.
