A grand Victorian on tree lined block in the Mission District. Very family friendly! We raised our five kids here. Also very urban/city. Classic details with high ceilings, sunlight. Gourmet kitchen, Wolf range, SubZero refrigerator, formal dining room, two (!) living rooms. Two king beds. One double bed, + 2 comfy sofas for extra guests. Private back yard under redwood trees. Hot tub, Weber grill, and ping pong!

A Queen Anne cottage built in 1890, it looks small from our quiet, tree-lined street, but it has 3 stories and plenty of room. Each room is cozy and stylish, including a room designed for children.
