With open fields, forested hills, and a lovely creek flowing through, it is truly a wonderful place for a quiet retreat in the heart of Missouri Mennonite Country. Step back in time to horse drawn buggies, hand made goods sold at family run stores, and delicious pastries from the nearby bakery.

This property is an old family homestead and home to oak trees over 100 years old. This home includes a large private drive with a great indoor and outdoor space for entertaining. Inside you will find a kitchen with a large island for the whole family. A fireplace sets into the kitchen and living area for a cozy place to lounge.

Wake up to the Longhorns grazing outside your window. This bunkhouse is settled on 75 acres that is walking distance from the other guest ranch house. It was Rick's first leather shop! Perfect for a weekend getaway! Located only 10 minutes from downtown Bartlesville and 40 minutes from the Pioneer Woman Mercantile. Step back in time and enjoy the wild west atmosphere. The bunkhouse has been outfitted with luxury cowboy designs by Yocham's Custom Leather & Cowboy Decor.
