Small in stature, but big in personality, Kenzie's Cottage is a cozy bedroom cottage that sleeps 1-2 people. Imagine a stand alone hotel room or something from the tiny home movement. No kitchen but a small fridge, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, french press, and area to make coffee or tea. Some basic dish ware provided. Outdoor sitting area and private 2 person hot tub! This second floor condominium is located in downtown Moab. Modern fully equipped kitchen, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom, and private patio with a Weber gas grill. Master King bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Second queen bedroom has private access to the bathroom. Open floor plan living room includes a queen sofa bed and private patio access. Condo includes 2 designated parking spaces and has its own ground level locked storage for bikes/other gear.

BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE SUITE, VERY SPACIOUS! Guest access to gym. Oliver House is situated at the end of a very small and private neighborhood within one mile of downtown Moab. Guests have private entrance into the suite. Personal wood deck area shared with unit 2, private bathroom, kitchenette, living area, and bed.
