Close to the New Forest, on the Avon Valley Footpath and across the road from the Avon River, we are ideally located for walking, cycling or bird watching in the beautiful Blashford Lakes. A cosy, self contained (detached) annex, with a separate bedroom and living area. Just a 5 minute walk to the local pub (The Old Beams) or a longer walk (during the day as no street lighting) around the lakes to our local farm shop and cafe (Hockeys Farm). Note, we are situated on a main A road.

The cottage comfortable sleeps 4. Well equipped kitchen, 4 ring hob and gas oven, butlers sink, fridge and ample storage space. The lounge diner has 2 settees, TV and dining table. This house has direct walking access into the New Forest National Park. A charming detached period house set back from the forest road with a lovely garden, stables and 1/2 acre paddock, the garden gate leads you out into New Forest, just a short walk from Linford Bottom. Dogs welcome. Requests to bring horses will be considered and are by prior arrangement with owner (we cannot always accommodate). 4 bedrooms, comfortably sleeps 7. Plenty of free parking.
