Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath cabins are equipped with bartop counter, fridge/freezer, dishes , K Cup coffee maker and microwave in the kitchenette. Enjoy a rinse in the natural stone shower with dual shower heads. The living room has 2 couches with a full size pull out and hand made coffee and end tables. Welcome to the Mesa Verde Tiny House! it’s a cozy, thoughtfully crafted space with a queen loft bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen, and an open living area with a fold-out futon. Enjoy incredible views of Sleeping Ute Mountain and Mesa Verde. The main sleeping area is the queen bed in the loft. A 3rd guest is possible using the futon, but it’s best for short stays, as it is less comfortable. Loft access requires climbing a tall ladder. The Arbor house is a 400 sq ft, 1 bedroom separate guest house with a large deck, sunny front room and full kitchen. Parking is right next to it. The dedicated wifi is fast, and the A/C, hot water and heating are all electric. Our property is just outside the city limits (by 100 ft) in a 2.5 acre oasis of shade trees and shrubs. Nothing is far away in this tiny, remote town in the high desert of S.E. Utah, including groceries, gas and movie theater. Private, quiet and restful!
