You will have the entire upstairs to yourself during your stay, including a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower, and an open concept kitchen, dining area, living room, and work desk. You'll also have your own private entrance and free off street parking in the back of the house.

Head down to the private pond to try your luck at fishing (no license required) or paddle boarding. If you need to warm up, use the sauna or the outdoor hot tub year round. Get a bird's eye view into the kitchen of the Village Hive Bakery Kitchen while staying in the newly renovated "flatlet". Salvaged & repurposed building supplies used to create a unique studio apartment above the bakery retail. Guests can enjoy the retail farmhouse table and comfortable seating space by the Main Street picture window. Cooking/baking classes available.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The home is only 2 blocks from bars and restaurants and less than 5 blocks from Historic Downtown Wausau. AMAZING CRAFTSMANSHIP: interior is tediously handcrafted from top to bottom. TRANQUIL: located in wooded area your amongst nature. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life this is the place for you.

This unique place has a style all it's own. Originally a church now updated to provide style, function, and great space. Arcade, air hockey, games, etc. Walkable to Brewery and restaurants, 10 minute drive to Granite Peak ski area, between Wausau and Stevens Point (15 minutes to either). Property is still under light cosmetic construction. Across from River Park.
