The place is in the safe, quiet Evergreen neighborhood within a walking distance to the local park, churches, Manila Oriental Market, Walgreens and local restaurants. Parking is available both on-site and on the street. It takes a very short driving distance to Eastridge Mall, Evergreen Valley College, Costco, Lake Cunningham, Raging Water, and medical clinics.

Quiet and Small Cozy Unit in SJ (No Smoking)

In a quiet neighborhood, great area and close to a Target, Walmart, Eastridge Mall, Starbucks, Boba Spots, In N out, Safeway and others! Raising Canes opening soon near by! Costco business close by too! Occasionally there will be small dogs barking if it is an issue just let us know! AC is controlled by the hosts and usually temperatures stay between 70-75 so if you like a colder unit please look somewhere else. But hosts do mind you asking them for the AC to be on. NO SMOKING PROPERTY!
