We just completed our project & we are so excited about the years to come in the beautiful north woods of Maine - "the way life should be". If you like the outdoors this cabin has it all, including a fire pit with a breathtaking view of Mt. Katahdin on the shores of Lake Millinocket. Centrally located in downtown Millinocket, ABOL Place is a relaxing and beautifully appointed home base for all of your Katahdin adventures! Whether it be hiking Baxter State Park, The Appalachian Trail, Gulf Hagas, Fly Fishing the West Branch, White Water Rafting, visiting the Woods and Waters National Monument, Mountain Biking, Boating or Cross Country Skiing at our world class cross country ski trails, ABOL PLACE is the perfect spot for friends to relax and recap the adventures of the day!

Hunt/ATV/ Perfect Weekend Getaway

The perfect weekend getaway spot with beautiful views. It is renovated with an old time cozy camp feel, with modern conveniences. This pet friendly camp is across the street from Schoodic Lake. The cozy camp sleeps 5-6 comfortably with on-site parking for three. The camp is located on ITS 111 trails for snowmobiling and ATVing. Hunting, fishing and hiking destinations include, Baxter State Park, Gulf Hagas, and Katadin Iron Works. Water access at Knights Landing just a short distance away.

Katahdin Riverfront Yurt

Close to Baxter State Park and majestic Mount Katahdin as well as Katahdin Woods and Waters National Park. Large, comfortable property, screened front porch, 2 living rooms. Baxter State park, Rafting, Mountain Biking, XC Skiing right on the doorstep. On Snowmobile & ATV Route. Lots of Repeat Guests. Great for All Seasons. Walk to downtown, 20 mins to Baxter SP, rent canoes on Millinocket Lake, mountain bike at KAT.

Luxurious and very private lake front cottage

This lakefront cabin is about 10 miles from Millinocket Maine and near Baxter State Park. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The deck of this amazing property sits out over the beautiful waters of South Twin Lake. Spectacular views await you from both the inside and outside of the camp. This very private property consists of the entire peninsula. There is a large dock that is great for fishing, boating and swimming on the opposite side of the peninsula.

Near Downtown Apartment

Two bedroom second floor apartment! Chalkboard wall, (with art and signatures from guests all over the world since 2018 dont forget to sign the wall) two tv’s (master bedroom and LR) with Netflix, Hulu, + access, and high speed internet! Owner occupied building. Street next to downtown, hiking trails, and snowmobile trails! We are not near a lake, no idea why airbnb did that and can not change it. We are near a river that many take kayaks and canoes out onto.

The Loft: Private studio suite on shared property

Come have a cozy stay at "The Loft" in Patten, Maine! We're just a brisk five-minute walk from Katahdin Brew Works, Ellis Market, Richardson's Hardware, gift shops, and local restaurants. Conveniently located near the North and South entrances of Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument, the Northern entrance to Baxter State Park. We are about 25 minutes from the Seboeis River Trail, and just 30 minutes from the Penobscot River Trails.

Escape to a serene 12-acre retreat with an off-grid cabin powered by solar energy and generator. Enjoy a kayak on the stream outlet and paddle to Upper Macwahoc Lake, or explore trails accessible from our property with your ATV. A turnaround driveway makes it easy to bring your trailer. Located 45 minutes from Baxter State Park and 20 minutes from Katahdin Woods and Waters, it's the perfect spot for relaxation or adventure!

Point Chinook Chalet

Leave behind the hustle and bustle of life and relax in our chalet in the shadow of Katahdin. Our 3 story log home has a large "penthouse" waiting for you with a private bedroom upstairs and a private bathroom on the main floor along with a private living room with a 55" tv, Starlink internet, kitchen, a deck with a view of Ambajejus Lake and a BBQ grill along with a table and chairs with umbrella.

Spruce Street Retreat

Clean and cozy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 30 miles away from Baxter State Park. It's just a few blocks away from the snowmobile and atv trails and only a couple of miles off I-95. I cannot accept pets at this time, including service animals. I have an exemption for this because of my severe allergies to cats and dogs.
