Drink a morning coffee while luxuriating in your private bedroom suite set in an Art Deco home. The cozy bedroom features a separate entrance, a remodeled en suite bathroom with luxurious amenities, and access to vibrant neighborhoods nearby. The bedroom and bathroom are on their own level and receive morning light. The owner's level is on the second floor. Guests may access the backyard and use the second floor kitchen if requested. Enjoy your own private room and en suite bath with its own entrance. Come and go as you please, with complete privacy. The room is fully furnished with a lovely queen sized bed with a down comforter and lots of pillows. Quality sheets and towels, and a calm, clean and tranquil location make this a wonderful place to start your San Francisco adventure. You have a full, private level in the house. The room and bath have internet access and a large flat screen TV. Toiletries are provided. Come and go as you please. You have your own level and your own entrance. I am always here if you need but feel free to make this your private retreat if you choose. The surrounding area is mostly single family houses with a quaint, old-world San Francisco feel. The home is also walking distance from Cole Valley, the Haight, and the Castro. The 37 bus is the best way to get around. You are also only a short walk (10 minutes) to the Castro Muni station.

Located in the heart of the Sunset District, the Pacific Ocean and Golden Gate Park are within walking distance (as well as other parks like Pine Lake, Stern Grove, and the Reservoir Park). The Sunset is also home to many restaurants, coffee/boba shops, and bakeries. We are 2 blocks away from the L light rail line and the 29 bus, offering access to SF downtown, the zoo, and other neighborhoods.

Built in 1914, the Edwardian era building maintains its classic architecture while modern renovations, including sleek cabinetry, quartz counters, a spacious glass enclosed shower and a calm colour palette of cool grays, bring the period space up to date. The spacious guest suite is over 1300 square feet in size. With windows on 4 sides of the building, light pours into the space.

Walking distance to all the city has to offer amazing, hiking trails - Twin peaks is just a 15 minute walk, as well as restaurants and bars. Situated between Castro neighborhood and Twin Peaks with public transportation literally right outside the door stay connected to all the city amenities while being far enough away from the hustle and bustle. With beautiful views all the way to the Bay.

This newly renovated guest suite is located just over a mile from Golden Gate Park and the Inner Sunset shopping and restaurant district and is perfect for couples, friends, or small families. The suite (which is in the lower level of our home) has a private entrance in our backyard and is just blocks away from the beautiful 16th Avenue Tiled Steps and Grandview Park, known for its breathtaking views of the city.

We are 3 blocks from Golden Gate Park, the DeYoung museum, and the Academy of Sciences. Our neighborhood has many restaurants, stores and even a Sunday Farmer's market. We are also 3 blocks away, in the other direction, from UCSF. This is a perfect location!
