An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. Excellent Wifi , Netflix. The kitchen is stocked with basic provisions and appliances. Webber BBQ for outdoor cooking.
