Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην πρωτεύουσα του νησιού, τη Μύρινα. Το σπίτι είναι ένας ενιαίος χώρος και είναι ημιυπόγειο. Επίσης, μερικά απο τα αξιοθέατα του νησιού απέχουν λίγα μόλις μέτρα από το σπίτι, όπως το μουσείο, το κάστρο και η κεντρική αγορά με τα καταστήματα. Παρέχεται δωρεάν πάρκινγκ στο κτίριο.
