Bright sun filled second floor apartment in a multi unit building. The apartment has one bathroom , two bedrooms the first with a king size bed and the second has a queen. LIving room, dining room, full kitchen with coffee bar. We are a 15 min walk to downtown shops, restaurants, ferries and train station. The home is minutes from the I-95 and we are a half hour drive of the areas most popular attractions. Note there are stairs and a claw foot tub which may make access difficult for some.

Free street parking and shared backyard space, with a large deck containing a grill, tables, and seating areas. Pets <50 lbs., $150 each or if >50 lbs, please message owner for fee. No cats allowed sorry.

And if you’re here for fun, we are 1.5 miles to Ocean Beach (borrow our pass for free access) 20 min to Mohegan Sun & 25 to Foxwoods and 15 min to Mystic.
