Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Welcome to our west coast escape that is only a short walk to the beach and 5 minutes to downtown Parksville. Enjoy our little sanctuary in this quiet neighbourhood. My place is close to parks, restaurants and long lake. From here you are less than 10 min from enjoying a day at the beach, or the lake. Downtown Nanaimo is a short drive away. Use this as a home base while exploring Vancouver Island. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). An additional $25 fee per stay will be added for pets this will come as a modification to the rental and needs to be paid before check in.

The townhouse looks out into forest parkland and is an easy five minute stroll through the resort to Rathtrevor beach. The beautiful sand beach stretches out almost a kilometre at low tide offering safe sandy beaches and warm water swimming.

This unique old south facing waterfront multilevel house has the best view and the best waterfront access on the most prestigious street in Nanaimo. Lots of parking. The AirBnB space is available for 4 adults plus children. Everything you need including kayaks and bicycles! Sometimes you can get free boat rides with the owner.
