Basement studio apartment on a quiet dirt road located near many amenities. Private separate entrance, newly renovated. The apartment is conveniently located less than half a mile from the Nantucket Airport. We are within walking distance to a BYOB Thai Restaurant, mini markets and 1.5 miles to the largest grocery store on island. There is a bike path and public transportation stop that is a 2 minute walk from the apartment located at the end of the road. We are 2 miles to Nobadeer Beach.

Relaxation Awaits! Mid-Island Retreat

Our guest suite is a separate wing of the main house. It is separated by a locked door. You have your own separate private entrance. Perfect honeymoon suite. You must come into the backyard of the main house to access your suite. We do not allow pets in our guest suite. Our Airbnb is not suitable for infants or children. There is an additional guest fee of $150 per guest per night after the initial two guests. And please let us know if you are bringing a car so we can arrange parking.

It is charming well appointed studio apartment conveniently located between down town and Surfside beach. It is walk-able to major Nantucket attractions -bars, restaurants, beaches, supermarket. In addition there is a bicycle rentals shop next door at your convenience. The studio is equipped with crisp linens, free Wi-Fi, kitchenette and bath essentials —everything you need for an exceptional stay. Beautiful bedroom with a queen bed, bureau and closet. A hall bathroom with a new tiled shower and vanity with marble top. In the hallway is a laundry area with full size washer/dryer. 2nd floor private entrance is located over our two bay garage which is attached to our home. Super location just .2m to beach road!

Located in the historic district of downtown Nantucket, our simple yet cozy apartment is the perfect spot to explore the island. Walk to the best boutiques, restaurants, and beaches. You also have one parking spot if you wish to bring your car. The living room has a pull out couch with a full bed. And the master bedroom has a queen sized bed. Perfect for 2 couples or family. Please note: this is a residential area and there is another apartment located above and next to you.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Unit has private outdoor stairs and deck with small yard and outdoor shower, leading up to the sunlit Nantucket oasis in Miacomet/Cisco area. See Cisco Brewery and Barlett Farm outside the windows. Close proximity to some of the best beaches on the island, this 1Bed/1Bath with pullout couch will not disappoint. Laundry in unit with kitchen and flatscreen TVs. Unit was completely redone and finished in June 2023.

Great two bedroom condo in town renovated in winter 2025 - new kitchen and updated bathroom. If arriving by ferry, you're just a ten minute walk from dropping off your bags and being on vacation. Convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping and everything town offers. Queen bed in master and single in second bedroom. Couch in living room is a pullout as well as option for blow up mattress. The condo is on the second floor.
