The apartment is located 15 mins driving to/from the airport & the GasLamp district, and only 20 mins away from Sea World, and the beaches! We just installed a new AC for guest's pleasure! This private guest suite is on the first floor/basement of our historic home, which we’ve been restoring. It has a private entrance and all the amenities of an apartment. Recently renovated, it feels fresh and modern. The freeway is easily accessible, and downtown is about 15 minutes away. Occasionally, landscaping projects are underway, but we plan around guests or notify you in advance.
