The room has old pine board flooring, a sky light with a room-darkening shade, mini-split, closet, dresser, large desk with office supplies, yoga mat, full length mirror, and a fan. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other third floor bedroom which is also rented through Airbnb. Off street parking is available for $10/night.

Once you enter through our home and close the door to the third floor, you'll be amazed at how separate you'll feel. We're situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet only a 7-minute walk to the bus or train into Boston. Curl up with a cup of tea in the evening and enjoy a light breakfast in the morning. Historic relaxing clean home for 1- 2 adults

My relaxing "home away" guest room accommodates 1-2 adults for 2 days. My house is sanitized and clean. I am fully vaccinated and boosted and ask guests to be vaccinated also. My home has AC, lovely gardens and is a quiet relaxing environment. The guest room has a luxurious pillow top queen bed that ensures a good night’s sleep! Note: I am allergic to smoke- so smoking on the premises is not allowed. No pets or kids under age 14. Masks can be worn in the house if needed.

The property has been lovingly maintained as a private residence for two generations. Guest rooms are on the 3rd or 4th floor.

Our home is a rather unique and very updated 100+ year old Victorian in a historic neighborhood in Medford. There is convenient access to Boston either by car or by public transportation. We hope you'll enjoy the comfy queen sleigh bed, large open dresser, and loads of other amenities our home provides. While we do offer various teas and coffee to our guests, we don’t offer breakfast or food items generally. But you may use the kitchen if you so choose!

If you’re looking for more space and amenities than staying in a hotel room, but still want the cleanliness and professionalism you’d expect from one, then you may enjoy staying here. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.
