The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this 40ft converted luxury shipping container equipped with a beautiful outdoor roll top bath, TV, fully equipped kitchen , fire pit/BBQ. 2x king-size beds .this can sleep 4 . Nestled in the heart of the new forest with wildlife on your door step. We have 2x forest pubs in close walking distance and the beach is a 25 minute drive. You walk out of the gate straight onto the new forest national park with lots of walking and cycling routes available.

A cosy self-contained cabin with enclosed garden & large elevated south facing decked balcony with gorgeous views. Big open skies, stunning sunsets and nature galore. Pubs, farm shop & 2 cafes all an easy walk. 1 dog allowed - £25 total (please enquire if more than one).

Stride’s Barn

A newly restored and beautifully refurbished oak framed barn conversion bordering the New Forest National Park . With spectacular far reaching views Stride’s Barn is situated 9 miles from the Cathedral City of Salisbury and 15 miles from Southampton . An ideal base to explore the local areas including many walks, pubs , restaurants, golf clubs and other tourist attractions such as Stonehenge and Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World . Can be rented with additional listing ‘The Cowshed’ (sleeps 2) .

Romantic cottage, perfect for walkers.

Romantic 'hide-away' in a lovely quiet part of the New Forest, the front gate leads directly onto the Forest. Situated in the grounds of a family house, the cottage has its own private patio. There is a village pub within a short walk from the cottage, and there are many wonderful walks without the need to drive. The thatched cottage has studio style accommodation and has been refurbished to a high-standard with underfloor heating. Bicycle storage. Later check out (12noon) on Sundays.

Romantic & Cosy New Forest Stable Block with Bikes

Dobbin’s Stable is a freshly renovated brick built stable block, one of two, located on a farm, which combines all the charm and character of a period building with the style and comfort of a warm and comfortable home. Set in the heart of the New Forest National Park, where ponies, donkeys, cows and pigs roam free, the walking and biking trails are literally on our doorstep, as is a fab pub, cafe and farm shop, and of course the New Forest itself. Borrow our complimentary push bikes too.

Cosy accommodation on the Avon Valley Footpath

Close to the New Forest, on the Avon Valley Footpath and across the road from the Avon River, we are ideally located for walking, cycling or bird watching in the beautiful Blashford Lakes. A cosy, self contained (detached) annex, with a separate bedroom and living area. Just a 5 minute walk to the local pub (The Old Beams) or a longer walk (during the day as no street lighting) around the lakes to our local farm shop and cafe (Hockeys Farm). Note, we are situated on a main A road.

2 Bedroom Bungalow In Mockbeggar, New Forest Park

A 2 bedroom bungalow set in the New Forest village of Mockbeggar (between Ringwood & Fordingbridge) with views of passing Forest animals. The gardens wrap around the bungalow with hedging and fencing on all sides. The bungalow has been updated with new electric central heating system, new kitchen with some new appliances. Off road parking for 3 cars. 1 dog accepted - 2 by request. Location is idea to enjoy walks and cycle within the New Forest and walks along the Avon Valley path.

Shepherd's Hut in the New Forest

Our cosy shepherds hut is situated at the end of our garden in front of our small wood overlooking our paddock in the heart of the New Forest. Situated near the market town of Fordingbridge "Harry's Hut" is in the perfect setting for you to enjoy hiking around The Forest, exploring ancient woodland and visit many of the delightful pubs nearby. The cathedral city of Salisbury is 10 miles to the north and the beautiful Dorset coastline 15 miles to the south.

The Little Berri

The Little Berri is situated within the idyllic New Forest National Park. The cabin is self-contained, beautifully finished to a high standard and is complete with an enclosed private garden. Direct access to the forest, guests can enjoy exploring the beauty of the National Park straight from the front gate. There is also quick and easy access to main roads for guests to enjoy the beaches, villages and towns nearby and of course some wonderful country pubs.

New Forest Bothy

The Bothy is in the heart of the picturesque, tranquil village of Harbridge. This gem of a place is on the edge of the New Forest offering miles of fantastic walking, cycling and horse riding. It is set within a pretty garden with windows overlooking garden/fields making a peaceful and romantic setting for anyone. You have a lovely ensuite bedroom with a small kitchen. There are numerous pubs in the area which offer good evening meals.
