This home on the Mesa is the perfect getaway to relax and unwind. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, surrounded by 40 private acres including a pond makes this an amazing retreat. Deer, Elk, Ducks, Geese, and other amazing wildlife call this place home. Winter time is extra special, as you have to snowmobile in to the house. If you're up for a little adventure, we'll make sure you get back and forth from the house safely. Special arrangements need to be made with the host for wintertime access.

Placerville - Sunny house with big yard, private

We rent out our own home when we are gone. It's a short drive to Telluride, about 12 miles and 18 to 20 minutes to Mountain Village. Ski at Telluride, or enjoy film festivals, music festivals and the Blues Festival. We have fast internet - Starlink. We also have a puppy that's on the property. She does not go upstairs and has never been in the bedrooms (dogs seem to be afraid of the spiral stairs) and has not been on the carpets, but has been in my office.

Great for family vacations, hunting trips, hiking, and biking. This house is for rent nightly or weekly. We can not accommodate any pets. Please note that the base price is for 2 guests; additional guests are $30 each. We do keep track of the number of guests in the house, simply because we care about our home.

Our guest cottage was built in 2022 and offers a 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) with closet, 1 bath with walk-in shower, cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, 50” Smart TV, internet and free Wifi, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, heat and air conditioning, We will be adding a covered front porch summer/spring 2024.
