There are plenty of restaurants nearby. A fenced in backyard and playground make stays with pets or children easy.

There are many restaurants, bars, grocery store (Sprouts), shopping downtown (with a 1 to 10 min walk) and TWO parks. Let us be your home away from home!

This is a quiet neighborhood with NOT a lot of traffic. It is very unique, considering how many businesses of interest are nearby. These businesses include iFly, TopGolf, Main Event, Quail Springs Mall, and dozens of fine restaurants across the highway in the Chisholm Creek district. These are all within 1-3 miles, either by main streets or the turnpike... I have nice neighbors who look out for each other. There are absolutely no parties to be thrown on this property.
