The Garden Room is our wee sleepout that overlooks our peaceful garden, which can be appreciated during all seasons of the year. Conveniently located just off the highway, with plenty of quiet street parking. It’s only about a 5min walk to Countdown/Warehouse, a 15min walk from downtown, & about 10 to the botanical gardens & hospital. The apartment is located in Central Timaru, being 5 minutes walk from the central business area and the Caroline Bay beach and facilities. Fully self contained, it suits a range of requirements from a single person staying overnight, to a family wanting a longer stay. Caroline Bay is home to a local small 'Little Blue Penguin' colony.
