The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 fenced acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! Gadd Park Suite- 2 guests, king bed

The Park Suite is a great home base near downtown. It includes a king bed, kitchenette, wifi, flat screen tv, and outdoor deck. The Suite has a private entrance with designated off street parking. Common areas include the garden and our (Grotto) where you can see Gadd spring, one of the areas many natural springs. It’s a short walk to Historic downtowns shops, restaurants, and activities. We have a custom connector trail from the Airbnb entrance to the highly anticipated Little Sugar trail system. You will have a private room with no access to the house. It is totally secluded. We back up to Tanyard Creek Trail and waterfall which is a popular destination in Bella Vista. You will enjoy custom decor and tons of nature.
