Ένα άνετο και όμορφο Studio στο κέντρο της πόλης σε άριστη κατάσταση πλήρες ανακαινισμένο. Είναι ιδανικό για να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 2 άτομα (ζευγάρια, επαγγελματίες, φοιτητές. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση εμπορικά καταστήματα, δημόσιες υπηρεσίες, καφετέριες, προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν φούρνος (20 μ.), S/M (50 μ), φαρμακείο (30μ), πάρκο αναψυχής (15μ). Ο εσωτερικός χώρος διαθέτει όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις για φιλοξενία. Στην περιοχή το parking είναι ελεύθερο.

Ένα μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Αλεξανδρούπολης πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις για την άνετη διαμονή 2 ατόμων. Η τοποθεσία του είναι ιδανική για την πρόσβαση του κέντρου και της παραλιακής οδού με ένα περίπατο. Σε ακτίνα 100μ υπάρχει πρόσβαση σε supermarket φαρμακεία, πρατήριο καυσίμων, fastfood, ζαχαροπλαστείο κ.λ.π. Στάση αστικού λεωφορείου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 50μ.
