House is in Moovalya Keys on canals going out to the Parker Strip section of the Colorado River. Nicely located just off main canal giving easy access to the river. Canals are 5 mph making for safe mooring, swimming or floating on rafts. House has private 50' dock in front w/2 levels of patio. Faces East giving it afternoon shade during hottest part of the day, but sun worshipers can still get sun on upper patio.
