The kitchenette has fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, & electric hot plate. Through the window you’ll see the rustic playhouse & gazebo. The bathroom with shower is sparkly clean. Cozy Tacoma Getaway with Private Fenced Yard!

This unit is 6 mins to the Tacoma Dome! Features modern furnishings and a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa. Minutes from shops and freeways, perfect for shows, events, and exploring. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is part of a duplex and shares the onsite laundry with the other residents. It’s still a private, stand-alone space with its own entrance and yard. There’s a staircase to get in, the shower is on the smaller side, and the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.
