It is a 8 minute drive to the Deer Lake Airport, a short 24 minute drive to the entrance of Gros Morne National Park, and a 25 minute drive to Marble Mountain Ski Resort/Ziplining. The Spud Suites is also located on the Newfoundland Groomed Trail System. There is direct access to the the trail for snowmobiles and ATVs. Parking available for both.

Please note that there are 5 suites in this building. Suite 4 does not contain a patio door or direct access to the wrap around patio.
