Take a leisurely stroll to the owner’s tasting room on 12th St. downtown for a complimentary wine tasting of Bushong Vintage Company’s award winning wines. Enjoy a quiet home cooked meal or barbeque on the covered deck while watching deer graze. Or walk to the Paso Robles square for a memorable fine dining experience. This cozy hideaway can easily host up to four people in comfort on the memory foam mattress in the bedroom and the American Leather fold out sofa with a Temperpedic mattress. It is conveniently located close to the Mid-State fairgrounds, six blocks from the grocery store, and nine easily walkable blocks from beautiful downtown, which offers wine tasting, dining, and shopping. The J Birdsall Banker property was developed from 1917 to 1919. The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. Couples still sometimes still stop to look and share old memories The carriage house was recently upgraded with all new interiors and is comfortably furnished

Initially a granny flat, it's been transformed into a comfortable and spacious hang out. Its central location makes it ideal to explore the area. The twin beds can be easily configured to a king bed. Price includes a 13% local tax. We are on gated 3 acres. The pool sits between the guest house and our house.
