Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Stockland and Steart Marshes can be accessed immediately opposite the Snug and the coast is five minutes drive away. Ideal for country walks, cycling and bird watching. Coachmans is part of West House Cottage; at the back of the main house. The room is a bright airy room, accessed up a stairs with its own en-suite shower room. The house is on the edge of Chilton Polden with beautiful views of the Mendips and the Levels. There is more accommodation contained within West House Cottage opposite and beneath. Gym & outdoor spa (additional charges); beauty parlour, Alpaca Trekking, animals - lots of places to visit. Not suitable for children.

Ancient beech, ash and oak woodland rise to the Iron Age fort on Danesborough hill. Whortleberries abound in Summer on the bracken and heather covered slopes. The coast is a 15 minute drive or an hours gentle walk to Kilve. Need more room? Then try its neighbour, and big sister, 'Gorgeous Quantock House'.
