Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

We are thrilled to share our newly renovated Pawleys Island beach house. We truly hope you will love it as much as we do! The whole group will enjoy this spacious house centrally located 5min from the beach and just a few minutes away from several golf courses, bars restaurants and grocery stores. The indoor 16x32pool and entertainment room with shuffleboard and 75'' TV are just perfect for those rainy days or in between beach and activities hours. Only 30min away from Myrtle Beach airport!!

Our spot provides more privacy than beachfront homes. View is breathtaking at all times of day & year. Like us, you may find yourselves choosing the marsh over the beach some days.

This well built home features just the right mix of modern renovations, wood work, and southern style to include modernized bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, custom lighting, high ceilings with catwalks, floor to ceiling windows, and so much more. The private 440 foot pier in your back yard includes a covered gazebo. It's great for fishing, crabbing, kayaking or just enjoying the peaceful outdoor retreat! It is a short .8 of a mile to the closest beach access where you can enjoy the ocean.

We are on the Waterfront, also the natural part of Murrells Inlet. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio and backyard. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

Jasmine Cottage

"Arrogantly shabby", situated on a quiet street right around the corner from the 'creek' where most enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and floating! Restaurants, shopping, and of course 1 mile to the beach! Coined W&D on site. Jasmine is located in the downstairs of the cottage. One bedroom featuring a queen bed and full bed. Bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Kitchen and living combo. Screened in porch and private fenced in area with table umbrella and chairs.

1 BR Cottage/ Pool / Golf Cart/Near Beach

This is the perfect getaway for someone wanting peaceful surroundings, but wants access to all the action. The cottage includes a full bath, kitchenette, micro-wave, fridge, 2 burner stove, garbage disposal, TV, AC/heat, wifi, and its own balcony that overlooks the beautiful pool. You will have use of the pool, grills, fire pit and the golf cart. The beach is just a short 3 mile cart or car drive. Close to Myrtle B., Murrells Inlet & Georgetown

Beach Suite

This is the perfect suite for your next beach getaway! Approximately half a mile to the nearest beach access. Our cozy beach themed guest suite is attached to a separate living space (similar to a duplex or in-law suite) and has a private entrance. It is tucked away in the forest, right across from the creek and ready to welcome you! We had storm damage only a month after starting up our airbnb, so it has been newly renovated twice!

Pawleys Creekside Cottage

Leave the big city stress behind and come relax in charming Pawleys Island, SC. Located directly across the creek from Pawleys Island, our cottage is the perfect location for your getaway. It's only a 2-minute walk to both Chive Blossom and Frank’s Restaurant, two of the area’s best culinary delights! We are very close to the Hammock Shops, which is the area's best place for shopping. Rent bicycles for a quick ride over to the beach!
