The futon couch folds down to make a double bed, with a queen bed in bedroom. The bathroom has safety features, grab-bars in the shower that doubles for a shelf & at the toilet that holds toilet paper. Fully equipped kitchen & multiple sets of towels & linens. Great for long term stays. Ground level entrance with small step onto covered porch.

This is a non-smoking , NON party home located right outside the city. This ranch style home offers you many ways to relax without worrying about being too far away from civilization. Minutes away from shopping, dining, entertainment, and the Air Force Base. Midway between the larger cities of Atlanta and Valdosta and the smaller cities of Perry and Macon. The apartment is upstairs with a lighted stairway leading to private deck which faces more woods. Nature is all around with birds, squirrels and deer frequenting the property. An outdoors fire pit allows for a relaxing evening.
