Welcome to Meadowview Barn! Our private and cozy apartment is just the place to relax and enjoy country life. It has been recently updated with new floors, a king bed and new lighting. It's located in the barn next to our beautiful farmhouse. The 3.4 acre property is a wide open vista were deer roam and where you just can't help but relax in the peace and quiet. The apartment itself dressed in a campy style. It is charming and comfortable with everything you need to make yourself at home.

By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

Our beautiful 1100 sq.ft executive 2 bedroom suite boasts exceptional unobstructed views of the Kootenays. The 800 sq.ft private deck provides a place to enjoy the sensational sunrises and a BBQ to prepare meals at sunset. Gourmet kitchen contains everything you need, or we are just a short 5 minute walk to town. Off street parking, separate entrance with keypad, and laundry included. Guests have access to a ski locker at Red Mountain and secure bike storage on the premises.

Perched on a west facing bluff soaking in every sunset the PNW has to offer. There are private spaces for each unit & communal spaces in the backyard like an oversized fire pit & 12ft dinner table. This quaint little home is special and dear to my heart. It would be my pleasure to host you.

Our guest suite has a modern rustic feel & can accommodate 3 guests. There is an ensuite bathroom & a separate room with a microwave, hotplate, breakfast sandwich maker, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and a tea kettle. There are plates, bowls, cutlery, etc and a rustic wine barrel dining table. The cupboards are stocked with local tea and coffee, with cream in the fridge and snack. There is a bbq for guests use also

Relax with the whole family in this private guest suite. Enjoy stunning views of Spokane Valley from indoors or in the hot tub on the private patio! Close to town - yet definitely in the country - we are 8 minutes from restaurants, shopping, and more in the valley. Under 30 min west to downtown Spokane, east to Coeur d'Alene, and 35 min to Silverwood. Enjoy hiking or biking at Antoine Peak, less than a mile away.
