The surrounding area is rural, peaceful and quiet. Lancaster City is 15 miles to the north, Philadelphia 60 miles to the east, and Baltimore 60 miles to the south. Escape to our converted barn nestled amongst an old 12 acres egg farm in the Poconos. The cabin was built by Denis Wilkens from reclaimed wood sourced from the original buildings, found timber and garnished by local artisan pieces. This cabin is perfect for a romantic getaway, cozy ski weekend, writers den or even yoga retreat. The property is surrounded by evergreens and has a grass lawn, charcoal bbq and a large fire circle.
